“Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but the moments that take our breath away.” . . . and not because it’s 9 degrees 😊
From river valley to mountain top, today was a totally breathless day immersed in the wonders of creation, wrapped in my Creator’s the omnipotent arms.
“Be still and know that I am God … I will be exalted in the earth.”

‘Safe Ice’ is best verified by walking out on it, and therein lies the adrenaline. Today is ‘Test Day’ Gary, so if my blog posts suddenly cease, you know the ice was a tad too thin 😊

Wow wow wow! I love the ice fog! So cool – not to make a pun (but maybe a little bit). 🙂
Should be safe ice now Fred in the shallower lakes. Rivers, never.
Beautiful scenery. I have skied avalanche areas in the mountains, not for the beginners for sure. Yes, for adrenaline junkies.
Think we like the “Frozen Fun” the best because then you are immersed in this breathtaking beauty! You’re right about having the right clothes like mentioned another time. Oh the wonder of our heavenly Father’s creation!!! Thanks for sharing! Looking up, Dave & Lila

I agree with Sam. What a wonderful quote to start this post. And 9 degrees is cold!
