‘Cool’ Lights

Among the more frequent queries asked by folks who I suspect are politely pondering my sanity are:

“Why do you live in Alaska?”

“Doesn’t it get really cold up there?”

“Isn’t it dark all winter?”

It’s been said, “A picture is worth a thousand words.” Last evening, standing on a bluff above the Matanuska River in balmy 9 degree temps, the Lord answered the “Why do you live in Alaska?” question with two light displays that addressed the cold and dark questions.  Each of the two pictures I took are worth 2 million words.  You fill in the descriptors . . . it’s beyond any words in my vocabulary, except for a few grossly inadequate ones such as “Wow!” . . . Awesome!” . . . Incredible!

Getting a glimpse of why I live in Alaska? I M Blessed . . . May U B 2.
