Trans-Siberian Orchestra

Ellie and I recently ventured out of traditional senior mode to attend a Trans-Siberian Orchestra concert representing the minority AARP group😊

The concert was truly a multigenerational delight.  Emersed in a spectacular high-tech light show, top-notch professional actors, singers and skilled musicians delivered a non-stop steroidal performance that had youngsters and duffers alike tapping their feet and walking canes in unison … prompting to mind the adage, “I want to die young at a ripe ole age ”😊

 Afterwards the thought struck me … for 2 ½ hours thousands of people of all ages, sizes, shapes, colors and ethnicities chose to check their personal, political, and other preferences at the door to enjoy 2 1/2 hours in harmony together … perhaps our Congress could benefit from attending a bi-partisan Trans-Siberian Orchestra concert😊
