Duffer and Youngster Hiking

As with all hiking adventures, certain requirements are necessary to enjoy the experience to the max.

Last month’s Greatland wilderness hiking adventures with my son were hybrid Duffer/Youngster hiks, ofttimes demanding somewhat rigorous requirements … especially from this ole ragamuffin 👴. Ellie and my domestic Duffer hike to Bald River Falls yesterday was ‘rigor free’, merely requiring a vehicle with a full tank of gas to experience😊

This magnificent flowing wonder of Creation nestled in the Cherokee National Forest near Tellico Plains, TN is a Bucket List favorite for both domestic Duffers and daring Youngster hikers alike to explore.

Deep calls unto deep at the noise of your waterfalls;

 All Your waves and billows have gone over me.

The Lord will command His lovingkindness in the daytime,

and in the night His song shall be with me

 – a prayer to the God of my life.”

Psalm 42:7-8

Here’s a few pics of the thundering cascading beauty we enjoyed watching in awe together.
