Last Frontier Farewell

Parting is such sweet sorrow

Juliet’s lament bidding Romeo good night whispered quietly over the mountains as this ole Romeo turned the key locking our Last Frontier cabin’s door. Were it not for missing my lifetime soulmate waiting for me back in the Lower 48, I would have unpacked, turned the water back on, and thrown away the key 😊

In Mark 6:31 Jesus once told His apostles,

Come aside by yourselves to a deserted place and rest awhile.”

My short Alaska Fix‘ respite was truly a blessed time spent visiting friends, sharing adventures together, and hiking the Greatland’s wilderness with my son … a memory bank addendum forever to cherish.

Here’s a snippet of ‘Alaska Fix’ last pics before turning the key and headed for Anchorage to board high speed aluminum tubing back to my Ellie in Tennessee . . . I have undeservedly lived in the goodness of God, and His goodness continues to run after me . . . Thank You Abba !
