Watching in silent wonder as wind and sunlight chased morning storm clouds from Matanuska Peak’s heights, the fleeting mountain mists whispered this scripture of life’s brevity to my soul, reminding me,

“This is the day that the Lord has made. We will rejoice and be glad in it.”

Psalm 118:24
