Fur and feather together . . . from my Quiet Bench I watched these two of His wild creatures sharing the stream together, and got to a-musing . . .
Who among mankind could have designed a sleek otter or gangling heron with their intricately functioning life support systems uniquely suited for their survival, and created the raw materials to do so?
The myriad of mankind’s inventions truly amazes me. I’m forever grateful for those invented to improve life, forever grievous for those invented to destroy life . . . yet they’re all inventions, not creations . . . not even one has ever created life itself.
The countless life creations of our Creator astound me . . . not even one of them was ever specifically designed to destroy life.
Perhaps the most grievous of mankind’s inventions is his pride, proclaiming evolution negates a Divine designer and creator of life, refusing to acknowledge he himself is a loving creation of God.
“How many are your works, LORD! In wisdom you made them all; the earth is full of your creatures.” – Psalm 104:24
