Creation’s Wonders

My thoughts of rising early and climbing the mountain to witness the expansive wonder of a Smoky Mountain sunrise were reclaimed by slumber . . . perhaps I’m finally getting old . . . perish the thought! 😊

Finally getting upright, I poured myself a steaming cup of java and ventured outside for a short streamside stroll. A poem by Cecil Frances Alexander’s came to mind as Nature displayed two of Creation’s small wonders to me . . . a bumble bee pollinating an azalea bloom, and a garden spider on patiently waiting its web (perhaps for the bumblebee 😊)

All things bright and beautiful,

All creatures great and small,

All things wise and wonderful,

The Lord God made them all.

Keep Looking Up ^ . . . His Best is Yet to Come !
